The TechComm Simulation Selection Criteria is a proven assessment tool developed to evaluate an applicant's capacity for potential Suitability as a power plant operator. This service is specifically directed at Green field sites where utilisation of local regional resources is a prerequisite for project approval, but availability of experienced resources is significantly limited, therefore training and development is required.
TechComm Simulation understands that this program is only a part of the selection process and recommends it be used in parallel with corporate recruitment procedures.
The aptitude test has four (4) components:
